Refund Policy
If you have a payment issue such as, entering the incorrect username or not receiving what you purchased, please contact us directly via a ticket on our Discord server or by sending us an email to receive assistance.

Refunds are only possible for non-redeemable items and only within 24 hours after the purchase was made. If your account is banned from our services then you are not eligible for a refund.

If you are banned you forfeit any purchase and may not dispute the payment under penalty of law. All disputes are considered fraudulent and will be reported to the proper authorities.

Although we do our best, there is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit.
